Where are you based?
Our production and operations team is in Nairobi, Kenya (Westlands). Our brand and commerce team is in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The two companies share a database and work closely together — but they are separate legal entities.
How long does it take to get a response?
We respond to general messages within 3 business days. Trade and vendor enquiries within 5 business days. We never ghost — if we cannot help you, we will say so clearly and explain why.
I have a customer order issue — who do I contact?
If you purchased through BleuAllusion.com, contact support there. If you purchased through BleuSanaa.com, use this form with the subject "Order Issue" and your order number. Our ops team will resolve it within 2 business days.
Can I visit the Nairobi studio?
Vendor partners and trade buyers can request a studio visit as part of their onboarding. Press and media visit requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. General visits are not available — we are a working production studio, not a showroom.
Do you have a phone number?
We do not publish a general phone number — email and this form are the best ways to reach us. If your enquiry requires a call, we will arrange one via email first.
